
THE ART OF FINISHING is one of the most popular classes at Coerver OC, and it is time for a master class experience.
This two hour advanced attacking session will be run in tandem with the Brian Rowe (Keeper for Orlando City SC) Goal Keeper Clinic.
The master class will train as a group and during the second half of the session will have the opportunity to use their new skills and approach to finishing against the 20+ goal keepers attending the Goal Keeper Clinic.

The Art of Finishing Master Class will work on the advanced techniques of finishing not just shooting: Power and placement shooting, headers, volleys, toe pokes, penalty kicks, corner kicks, bicycle kicks, and more!
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT STUDENTS HAVE ATTENDED PRIOR ART OF FINISHING CLASSES AND ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THE MORE ADVANCED CONCEPTS AND TECHNIQUES.
The emphasis of the class is on technique, which is applied in such a way as to recrete the pressure of game-like scenarios. Composure on the ball in tight situations is the goal.

1v1 Power Moves and Feints
Chipping and Lobbing
Long Range Power Shooting
Going to Goal
Attacking Numbers Up and Down
Dribbling for Speed
Breakaway Technique and Tactics

2019 THE ART OF FINISHING MASTER CLASS

Available to boys and girls between the ages of 10 – 15 currently involved in a youth competitive or recreational soccer program (i.e. Youth Club, AYSO, Youth Academy).
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT STUDENTS HAVE ATTENDED PRIOR ART OF FINISHING CLASSES AND ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THE MORE ADVANCED CONCEPTS AND TECHNIQUES.

The Art of Finishing curriculum covers: Power and placement shooting, headers, volleys, toe pokes, penalty kicks, corner kicks, and more! Emphasis is on technique as applied to a functional training environment that recreates the pressure of the game. Composure on the ball in tight situations is the goal.
