PERFORMANCE ACADEMY is Coerver® Coaching’s year-long “Flagship” program. Run by experienced coaches who customize skills development to the individual development needs of each young player. Based on Coerver®’s 5-S’s: Skill, Speed, Sense, Strength, Spirit.

Event Dates:

Session 1 - 8 Weeks on FRIDAY Nights (2/6/26 - 3/27/26)
Session 2 - 8 Weeks on FRIDAY Nights (4/17/26 - 6/12/26) - No training, May 22nd
Session 3 - 8 Weeks on FRIDAY Nights (7/10/26 - 8/28/26)
Session 4 - 8 Weeks on FRIDAY Nights (10/2/26 - 11/20/26)

-Time - 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

-Field - HB Sports Complex Turf Arena

-Cost - $299 per player

-Uniforms - Full Coerver Kit (jersey, shorts, socks, nap sack, Adidas soccer ball and journal)

The first 30 minutes of the training session will focus on a topic to help the players grow as an individual off the field. The remaining 60 minutes of the on-field training session will focus on high-level skills training and be done in a "climate of fearlessness", where mistakes are viewed as great learning opportunities.

Following are the topics of discussion over the 8-week program:

Week 1 - Introduction to Center of Excellence Program and discussion of Coerver core values.
Week 2 - Goal setting, daily routine and journaling.
Week 3 - Speed & agility.
Week 4 - Nutrition.
Week 5 - College planning and educational goals.
Week 6 - Injury prevention.
Week 7 - Gratitude and giving back to family and community.
Week 8 - Goals review, player evaluations and graduation.
